Learn to shimmy like a pro! Take it high or take it low, shimming is a great way to get in shape! This cardio class uses shimmies and upbeat dance moves set to Arabic music to get the heart racing and the blood pumping.

 

NEW! Dance Club Fitness - Anna
Ever feel the pull of that awesome song and before you know it you're bobbing your head, tapping that foot or swaying those hips to the perfect beat? Its time to have some fun and let loose. Join Anna as she mixes it up to fantastic tunes with simple and fun steps that have you doing the shimmy, conga, swing, salsa, jitterbug, strut, twirl, disco, and samba across the dance floor. 

NEW!Brazen Booty Burlesque!  - Hillary

New to Rebel Hips! Use props like fedoras, boas, chairs and more to explore your inner Brazen Hussy! No dance experience required! This fitness class will have you crawling back for more!

 

Hip Hop Fit - Hillary
Move your groove thang in this hip hop class that will get your heart rate up and your booty poppin'. You'll Go-Go, crunk, booty pop and lock in this feminine style. Each week you will learn a new mini choreography. Heels are optional.

 

Zumba - Karen
Work-out in this upbeat fitness class that mixes Latin dance moves, aerobics, hip hop, belly dance and more with dance club and Latin & Club inspired music.

 

Core Fit Class Descriptions

Belly Strength Conditioning - Stephanie
Focus on the core muscle groups required for dance in this intensive workout set to Arabic music. You will work on building stability, endurance and core strength.

Booty Camp - Kara
Build strength and endurance with this boot camp that will get your booty into the shape its meant to be.
